To honour the many contributions of Swami Vivekananda,  the students of National Public Public School, Singanayakannahalli celebrated his birth anniversary on  10th January as ‘National Youth Day’.  

The primary aim of the celebration was to sensitize the students about the philosophies, principles, and ideas of Swami Vivekananda, a great spiritual leader and reformer.
The students got the opportunity to understand the great work done in various fields, especially socially, thus motivated to be good citizens of India and contribute to the country's development.  
The efforts taken by him have left a deep positive impression in the minds of the people.  

The generations to date will remember the faith this great leader had in the youth and the potential to carry out positive changes for a longer time. 

'Swami Vivekananda's teachings are thought-provoking and help us to understand, combine the good features of the Western World without losing the essence of Indian Culture.
