Field trips: where learning and fun collide!

Field trips offer practical real-world experience that reinforce classroom learning. On 21st July 2024, NPS, Singanayakanalli students of Grades I and II along with their teachers went on a field trip to the POST OFFICE in Yelahanka New Town, to learn about the journey of a letter.

The visit provided an informative and engaging experience for all the students about different kinds of letters, stamps and mailing system. The children got a hands-on experience about the postal services as they interacted with experienced employees at the Post-Office. The children got an opportunity to meet the Sub – Postmaster. The field trip was an enriching experience and the children were left with a new found appreciation for the dedicated postal workers who ensure that our mail reaches its destination intact on time.

It was indeed a memorable day for all the students which they could cherish and reflect on their learning.
